30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Premium plans (Monthly, Annual, and Lifetime). If you are not satisfied for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

All payments are processed by Paddle (Merchant of Record). To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and enter the email used at checkout, or
  2. Contact us at support@heictoall.net and we will process your request through Paddle.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

Subscription cancellations

You can cancel your Monthly or Annual subscription at any time from your Account page. Cancellation stops future renewals; you retain access until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period (outside of the 30-day window).

Lifetime plan

The Lifetime plan is eligible for the 30-day money-back guarantee. After 30 days, it is non-refundable.

Statutory rights

This policy is additional to, and does not affect, your rights under applicable consumer law (including, where applicable, the EU right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU).
