1. Who we are
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of HEICtoAll (the "Service"), operated by Domenico Solaro (VAT IT10884671214), Italy ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. The service
HEICtoAll is a browser-based tool that converts HEIC/HEIF image files into other image formats (JPG, PNG, WebP, AVIF, TIFF, BMP, GIF, PDF, ICO, SVG). All conversion happens locally in your browser. We do not upload, store, or transmit your images to our servers.
3. Account and eligibility
You may use basic features without an account. Premium features require creating an account. You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age required by your country) to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to process unlawful content;
- upload content you do not have the right to process;
- attempt to interfere with, probe, scan, or test the security of the Service;
- reverse engineer, scrape, or circumvent technical limitations;
- resell or redistribute the Service or any part of it.
5. Intellectual property
We retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including its software, design, and branding. You retain all rights to the images you process. Because processing happens entirely in your browser, we never receive, view, or store your images, and we make no claim to them.
Apple, iPhone, HEIC, HEIF, Google, WebP, and other trademarks are the property of their respective owners. We use these names solely for descriptive purposes.
6. Payments and subscriptions
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Payment terms, billing cycles, taxes, invoicing, cancellations and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscription plans (Monthly, Annual) renew automatically until canceled. The Lifetime plan is a one-time purchase granting permanent access.

7. Service level and warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion would be unlawful.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, present a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly violate our policies. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, sections that by their nature should survive (IP, liability, governing law) remain in effect.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. For consumers resident in the EU, mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence continue to apply. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Italy, subject to the consumer-forum rules referenced above.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
